Welcome to the Hubbards Barn Farmers’ Market 2026 season!
I’m excited to introduce the Hubbards Barn Vendor Suite. Here you will find all of the information you need to guide you through your vending experience.
For those of you that don’t already know me: I’m Haley- your Market Coordinator.
When you send an email to market@hubbardsbarn.org, it is me you’re contacting. (I’m the person on the left. Centre is market legend “Wanda” c/o Higbees Berry Farm followed by my wonderful assistant Chelsea and my main event staffer Candice).
Winter office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9am-3pm until March 31st 2026.
Spring office hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am-3pm starting April 1st 2026.

Weekly vendor lineup will be updated on this page. This means: No more weekly vendor emails. All market information will be updated here.
In this suite you will be able to report absences, apply for special markets, complete bi-monthly surveys as well as file complaints and suggestions.
*Survey Completion enters you for prize draw!
As a vendor, you are required to check this suite frequently for updates before sending a question via email. If you have a question via email that will be or has been consulted in weekly vendor updates on this page, you will not receive a response. All updates will be accessible for the entire season. *See “Weekly Market and Vendor Information” towards the bottom of this page.
Please take some time and look through the links (shown in pink) and familiarize yourself with the suite.

After you have completed the following, you will be formally registered for the 2026 season.
Step 1:
Find your business name here
Step 2:
Check your member status (weekly, bi-weekly, etc…) and fill out corresponding form:
If you’d like to request a change in your status, please use the comment section on the form and I will be in touch.
Step 3:
Review the Vendor Handbook with attention to sections pertaining to:
Fees, Location Assignment, Absences and Vendor Courtesy/Conduct.
Then proceed to fill out the vendor contract.

After you have submitted Steps 1-3, I will review your forms and contact you directly!
Important dates:
Member Vendors: Please submit membership fee by June 30th 2026.
The $25 fee is mandatory for all weekly, Bi-weekly, Varied Schedule and Seasonal Vendors.
IF THIS FEE IS NOT PAID ON TIME, YOUR BOOTH FEE GOES UP BY $20.
Please pay via e-transfer or QR.

Hey Folks! Here are your updates for Saturday August 22 2026:

We have 8 youth vendors visiting from the Ignite program! The will be located in the meadow in the back of the circle.
There are folks who are using the pharmasave garbage. Please do not. We have a garbage shed.
Cardboard should be bundled by each vendor and placed in the shed behind the bathrooms.
Compost should be disposed of in our green bins in the shed.
NO BOXES OR COMPOSTABLES SHOULD BE LEFT IN YOUR SPACE.
DO NOT PUT YOUR SAMPLE CUPS, BOXES, PACKAGES IN OUR BARRELS. PLEASE PUT THEM IN YOUR OWN BAGS AND DISPOSE IN OUR GARBAGE SHED.
IF THERE IS A MESS IN YOUR BOOTH, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SWEEPING, MOPPING, ETC… NO VEG CLIPPINGS, PACKAGING, COFFEE GROUNDS, ETC… SHOULD REMAIN. WE HAVE MOPS AND BROOMS FOR YOU TO USE.
Folks who arrive after 7:15am are not guaranteed tables. If your vehicle interferes with folks that arrive on time, you are subject to a $5 fee. This fee will go to the Hubbards Food Bank.
Full tear down for a wedding August 22nd.
-WIND: Please be sure to bring weights for canopies in the case of wind. we no longer have any on site. it has been a wild wild spring.
I’m leaving the parking item up for those who are new and as a reminder:
THERE IS NO VENDOR PARKING IN THE FRONT CUSTOMER LOT.
Please see parking space assignment in the list below.
If you’re caught, I’ll fine ya $20 and consider it a donation to the Hubbards Food Bank.
The Health inspector may be on-site so please be prepared with your documents.
Check in the hand book under set-up/Tear down for arrival times.
August 22nd vendor locations – FINAL LOCATIONS MAY VARY. Check this site on saturday mornings to avoid confusion.
